A partnership between Cadillac Fairview and DiamondCorp, CF Sherway Gardens includes two condominiums and two purpose-built rental buildings totalling over 1,500 suites, featuring best-in-class retail and amenities. The development involves repurposing parking lots at the CF Sherway Garden shopping centre to create a complete community, with new buildings offering a mix of residential, office, and retail spaces. The project also includes the addition of new parks and open spaces, a combination of private and public streets, and improved pathways for pedestrians and cyclists.
